Job Opening: Full-Time Receptionist & Customer Service Specialist

Location: Bairro Alto, Lisbon

Schedule: Full-time (including evening/weekend shifts)

Tuga Group is hiring a Receptionist & Customer Service Specialist to join our accommodation team. This is a
- time,
- site role based at our main party hostel in Bairro Alto, combining front desk reception duties with customer support for our other 7 self
- in properties located across Lisbon, Almada, and Estoril.

We want someone who is energetic, outgoing, highly efficient and thrives in a
- paced, international environment — especially one centred around a vibrant party hostel atmosphere. You’ll be the first point of contact for our guests, and play a key role in delivering
- quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reception & guest support at our Bairro Alto party hostel
• Managing guest communications (in person, by phone, Whats
  App & email) across all 8 locations
• Handling reservations,
  - ins &
  - outs
• Collecting payments and preparing accurate reconciliation reports
• Selling
  - house products & services, including drinks at the bar
• Promoting parties, tours, and events
• Light cleaning of common areas and laundry assistance when needed

Sales-Driven Role

This role includes the opportunity to earn generous commissions, both individually and as part of the team, through the sale of services and products at the bar and reception. Previous sales or hospitality experience will be highly regarded.
