Full-Time Receptionist/Customer Service Attendant needed for Accommodation Business in Lisbon.

We have 8 accommodation brands across greater Lisbon, Almada and Estoril.

The position is an
- site position based in our new party hostel in Bairro Alto and includes:

(1) Reception services to our party hostel clients

(2) Customer service support for clients staying in our 7 locations which are serviced by a Self Check-in Model.

The successful candidate will be dynamic and efficient, work well under pressure and have the ability to
- task, being able to effectively service all our clients across all brands and locations, and mostly importantly LOVE to work inside the party hostel environment.

Previous experience is reception is not required, however will be considered favourably.

The position offers the ability to earn significant commissions (based on team and individual performance) for products and services sold inside the hostel bar, therefore previous sales experience will be highly favourable to your success in this position.

Tasks:

. Selling our products and services (including bar service)

. Promoting our parties, events, tours and other products

. Participating in the hostel parties

. Managing all guest communications (in person, by phone call, whatsapp and email), for whole accommodation business.

- Managing guest reservation process

- Check-ins / Checkouts

- Collecting payments and completing reconciliation reports with 100% accuracy

- General cleaning of common areas / laundry

To apply you must:

. Exhibit excellent sales skills

. Be energetic, outgoing and great with people

- Speak advanced Portuguese and English

- Have an excellent capacity to communicate with people from all nationalities and backgrounds

- Have excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit

. Work well under pressure

- Demonstrate excellent time management and multitasking skills

- Have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, Excel)
