ROLE OVERVIEW:
As a Reception / Customer Service Night Shift, you’ll be responsible for managing and engaging with our booking partners and customers (e. g. , owners, guests, and suppliers) to handle reservations and ensure smooth workflow before, during, and after stays. You will be an important representative of the company and ensure our guests have a positive experience through effective communication and
- solving.
Your role will require you to manage priorities,
- task, be a problem solver, and communicate effectively. Zendesk will be used as the ticket system to monitor and prioritize each process.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Be the first point of contact with our guests;
- Provide 1st level support, guidance, and solutions to guests via Zendesk and telephone;
- Receive, assess, prioritize, and resolve customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction;
- Carry out day-to-day tasks including general administration and reception duties;
- Follow up on customer requests and coordinate with the operations team or senior staff to improve service response times;
- Maintain clean and welcoming common areas and plan cleaning schedules.
PROFILE:
- Available to work the night shift (23h00 - 08h00), 5 days a week, including weekends and holidays;
- Eligible for a service provision contract (monthly €1, 000 to €1, 500);
- Passionate about delivering excellent guest service;
- Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and proactive attitude;
- Good communication skills in English; additional French or Spanish skills are a plus.
