54 Collection Group is a collection of four unique accommodations dedicated to providing a high standard of service to our guests.

We are seeking a passionate individual to join our team, someone who embodies the art of hospitality and possesses excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate is friendly, outgoing, attentive, and capable of handling all aspects of guest reception and concierge services, ensuring a memorable experience for our hotel guests.

Compensation:

• Gross Annual Salary: €17960 in the first year
• Monthly performance bonus (up to 41% of gross salary)
• Meal allowance (€10. 20 per day)

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for visitors
• Answer and direct phone calls
• Provide administrative and clerk support
• Answer

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or relevant work experience
• Proficiency in English and Portuguese (both spoken and written) is required;
  
  additional languages are a plus
• Exceptional communication skills
• Strong customer orientation and commitment to excellent service
• Positive attitude and professionalism
• Diligent, punctual, and
  - presented
• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
• Self-motivated, determined, and confident
