Receptionist (m/f/d)

How you’ll be hosting with heart:
You take care of guests onsite but mainly handle inquiries in our ticketing system across all markets, staying in close contact with our Guest Relations Managers to present the best solution for each guest regardless of the situation.
You have a watchful eye and open ear for guest feedback and can find creative solutions to problems.
You provide our guests with a great limehome experience by responding to their individual needs regarding reservations and services, providing relevant information, and adding a personal touch during interactions.
You ensure efficient
- in and
- out processes, as well as smooth payments and billing.
You identify pain points and potential improvements in daily operations and proactively suggest solutions.
You maintain a clean and professional front desk at all times.
What you need to aim for:
You have a passion for communication and attending to guests' needs.
You communicate fluently in Portuguese and English; additional languages like Spanish, German, and French are highly valued.
You have at least 1. 5 years of experience in hotel front desk or reception roles.
You are passionate about customer service and remain calm even in stressful situations.
You fully support limehome's concept and vision and work diligently to achieve our goals.
You are flexible with working in rotating shifts and during weekends.
Previous experience in hospitality or retail is highly valued.
