Overview

Be the key to excellent customer service in the Portuguese market. Join our team as a Portuguese and English-speaking Receptionist and create memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests
  - site and handle inquiries in our ticketing system across all markets, working closely with the Guest Relations Managers to provide an optimal solution for each guest.
• Listen to guest feedback and identify creative solutions to problems.
• Provide a great Limehome experience by addressing reservations and service needs, sharing relevant information, and adding a personal touch during interactions.
• Ensure efficient
  - in and
  - out processes and support payments and billing.
• Identify pain points and opportunities for improvement in
  -
  - day operations and proactively propose solutions.
• Maintain a clean and professional front desk at all times.

Qualifications

• Passion for communication and attending to guests' needs.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English; knowledge of other languages (Spanish, German, French) is a plus.
• At least 1. 5 years of experience in hotel front desk/reception.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Supportive of Limehome's concept and vision and eager to help achieve our goals.
• Willing to work rotating shifts and weekends.
• Experience in hospitality or retail is valued.
