The Receptionist plays an important role in welcoming guests and serving as their main point of contact, ensuring that operations run smoothly and all guests and visitors have a great experience.

Requirements:

-Must have a high level of customer service and
- centric disposition

-Self-starter who can work independently

-Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills

-Team player

-Detail oriented

-Previous experience in customer service and hospitality preferred

-Must be proficient in communication; both verbal and written

-Must have great social skills and a good sense and sound judgment in practical matters

-Must be punctual and reliable

-High hustle quotient: willing to get your hands dirty as necessary to move fast and get things done

-Needs to be fluent in both English and Portuguese

-Must be based in Porto

-Must be willing to work nights

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcoming and greeting guests upon their arrival
• Providing guests with a great experience
• Processing

  - outs by following procedures
• Managing guest reservations via telephone, email, and in person
• Answering questions about all offers and available services
• Providing information to guests about features, amenities, and recommendations
• Attending to guests' requests, concerns, and complaints in a timely manner
• Communicating pertinent information to guests and other team members
• Performing room inspections
• Reporting any issues to the appropriate department
• Monitoring guests and visitors
• Performing property tours
• Managing guests’ billing and payments
