Receptionist and Hospitality Services Technician

This team member will be in charge for all hospitality procedures at our Felgueiras site. The main goal of the task is to provide excellent experience to all visitors, ensuring all safety and security standards. This person will also be supporting the management of all catering and kitchen suppliers that will be providing services at our facility.

• Ensure all reception activities, such as, for example, authorization to enter the facilities and keep record of visitors (national or international);
• Ensure the efficient organization and replenishment of office materials and supplies;
• Organize catering services according to each department’s needs;
• Maintain effective coordination between catering services and Coloplast to meet service standards;
• Support and promote internal community activities to foster engagement and collaboration across departments;
• Provide administrative support for fleet management of company cars, including service bookings, insurance tracking, and vehicle assignment;
• Overview the conservation conditions of common areas of the facilities and notify any issues or irregularities ;
• Report nonconformities of the suppliers and reckless behaviour of other colleagues that can compromise the facility, safety or security, as part of the safety team.
  

The successful candidate will have:

• High school degree, preferably in a relevant area for this job;
• Experience in a similar function;
• Very good English level;
• Very good communication skills, with an empathic mindset;
• Responsible and capable of work autonomously;
• Problem-solving;
• Good organizational and
  - management skills;
• Knowledge of MS Office.
