Receptionist
This is a
- time,
- site position responsible for managing front desk activities, assisting with administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth daily operation and maintenance of the clinic.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors and patients, ensuring a professional and friendly first impression.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
- Schedule and manage appointments, maintain calendars, and support meeting logistics.
- Provide administrative support to our team, contributing to the efficiency of our operations.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organisation, and presentation of all areas, including maintenance tasks.
Requirements
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar or eager to learn
- Superb communication skills, including in written and spoken English
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to work both independently and as a team
- Problem-solver and
- do attitude - Ability to go the extra mile for superb customer service
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Friendly, professional demeanour with attention to detail.
- Organized, methodical with an eye for detail
- Fluency in Portuguese and English
