Our Business Area Roof is the global market leader for sunroofs, panoramic roofs, and convertible roofs, offering roof solutions with true added value. As roof specialists, we also provide customized and innovative solutions that meet the highest quality standards for electric mobility, the future of autonomous driving, and the use of solar energy.

You can look forward to these exciting tasks:

• Lead an R2R team within WBS Accounting (circa 10 accountants)
• Ensure daily and
  - end closing R2R activities are adequately and timely performed, and act as a point of contact for critical escalations
• Establish and monitor key metrics to assess team performance, including a high level of stakeholder satisfaction
• Partner with Corporate Accounting and GPO on the design of R2R policies and processes, and drive its implementation within the scope of responsibility
• Ensure compliance with group accounting and reporting policies and internal control system
• Provide technical and accounting guidance and assistance to team members as required
• Support internal and external audits
• Identify process standardization and improvement potentials, and support the implementation process

This is what you bring to us:

• Accountant with 5+ years experience, in multinational environment (e. g. SSC, GBS, Big 4, others…)
• Former experience in SSC operations is desirable
• Proven experience in leading an accounting team
• Deep and broad understanding of IFRS
• Experienced with R2R policies and processes (Manual Journal Entries, Balance Sheet Review, BS Account reconciliation, Month End closing process, etc. )
• Advanced SAP FI knowledge
• Advanced knowledge of MS office tools (e. g. Excel)
• Excellent English skills in speaking and writing
• Continuous improvement mindset and with hands on mentality to
  - solving
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
