We're looking for English-speaking professionals with a passion for recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for assisting with implementation and administration of recruitment programs
• Receive, screen, and file incoming resumes, background, and reference checks
• Conduct initial screening interviews, telephone interviews, and/or
  -
  - face interviews with prospective applicants
• Ensure the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process, working within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HRIS tools
• Maintain consistent standards for all applicants and ensure compliance with all local rules and regulations related to hiring and recruiting
• Responsible for developing and applying an
  - depth knowledge of the job specifications to include experience, skills, and behavioral competencies needed for success in each role
  
  

• Fluency in English (C2) – Nordic language is a strong plus
• At least 1 year of experience in mass recruitment
• Must be based in Lisbon
• Availability to work
  - site for the first 3 months
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00
  
  

• 6-month contract with a 30-day trial period
• Health insurance from day one
• Base salary: €1300 – €1400 (depending on experience) + meal allowance
