The Role

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter who can help us expand our network by identifying and referring highly qualified experts across different fields. This is a unique,
- based opportunity: instead of a fixed salary, you will earn a referral fee for every expert you refer who is successfully hired — and continue to receive that fee for as long as they remain engaged.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who brings both recruiting expertise and strong communication skills:

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally across multiple industries.
• Experience hiring in Portugal and other Portuguese-speaking countries across Europe.
• Native or bilingual Portuguese proficiency.
• Strong English skills (B2–C1 or above) for effective communication with our international team.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage candidates persuasively.
• Self-motivated,
  - driven, and comfortable working independently.
