Position Summary

We are looking for a Recruitment & Employer Branding Specialist for our NBS Lisbon Human Resources (HR) department. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Supervisor, this role involves recruiting potential talent for the center.

A day in the life of. . .

1. Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives;
2. Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs;
3. Source and recruit candidates;
4. Screen resumes and applications;
5. Conduct interviews using reliable tools/methods to select candidates;
6. Provide analytical and documented recruiting reports and KPIs;
7. Build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.

What will make you successful

• Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields;
• At least 2 years of experience in HR, mainly recruitment;
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus;
• Adaptable, agile,
  - oriented, resilient;
• Good at prioritizing and communicating;
• Proactive,
  - focused, with a good understanding of the business environment.
