For our office in the heart of Lisbon , we’re looking for ambitious Recruiters (f/m/d) who want to grow in an international environment – with plenty of room to shape your own career, a great team, and strong personal development opportunities.

This is a full-time and permanent position.

What you’ll be doing

• Recruit IT and engineering professionals for exciting
  - based roles with our clients across Europe.
• Identify and reach out to candidates using our expert pool and the latest recruiting tools & channels.
• Screen CVs and profiles, conduct interviews, and ensure a strong technical and personal fit.
• Organize interviews and support candidates throughout the entire process – from first contact to contract signing.
• Work closely with our Key Account Managers in Germany and be a vital part of our recruitment engine.

What you bring to the table

• First experience in recruiting, ideally in the IT/tech space.
• A good understanding of digital job profiles, technologies, and current trends.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills – you enjoy connecting with people.
• A structured and
  - oriented approach to your work.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems or CRM tools is a plus.
• Fluency in English – German is a bonus, but not required.
