Job Opportunity: French-speaking Recruiter

We are looking for a motivated French-speaking Recruiter to join a multinational BPO company that specializes in providing exceptional customer support and sales services to renowned brands. In this role, you will source top talent to support their teams, using your language skills to identify, screen, and prepare candidates for various roles while contributing to the recruitment process. Location: Lisbon OR Porto, Portugal

Key Responsibilities:

1. Attract candidates through databases, social media, job fairs, and other channels
2. Conduct interviews to assess candidates' knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes
3. Collaborate with departments and managers to validate candidate information
4. Prepare and onboard new employees for smooth integration
5. Build trust with candidates during the selection process
6. Create, update, and maintain analytical reports and databases

Qualifications and Skills:

• Native or fluent in French (C1 level), with strong written and spoken communication skills
• University Degree, preferably in Human Resources or related field
• Proven experience in recruitment
• Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills
• Knowledge of recruitment processes (hiring profiles, assessments, interviews,
  - up)
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
• Experience with sourcing techniques
• Understanding of referral programs
