Your Role

As a Junior Courier Recruiter, you’ll drive the hiring process for couriers in Germany, ensuring we

have the right team to keep deliveries running smoothly. Your tasks will include:

● Managing

- end recruitment via our ATS (Applicant Tracking System), ensuring

compliance.

● Engaging with candidates, guiding them through the hiring process.

● Handling high application volumes, collecting missing details, and managing administrative

tasks.

● Scheduling initial shifts for new couriers.

● Collaborating with staffing agencies and internal teams.

● Meeting hiring targets and improving recruitment practices.

What You Bring

● Fluent in German and English.

● Experience in
- volume recruitment, HR, or customer support.
