About the role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven recruiter (junior or
- level) to join our growing team. You'll participate (and hopefully manage in the future) in the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and engaging top talent to managing clients or hiring managers and closing offers. You can perform direct hiring for different customers (tech, business, or engineering positions) or be embedded in one of our client recruitment teams, helping them speed up their game.
Your day by day:
- End-to-End Recruitment: perform tasks along the full recruitment cycle, including job briefing, sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Talent Sourcing: use methods (Linked
In, job boards, networking, referrals) to identify and attract
- quality candidates. - Candidate Experience: ensure a positive experience for candidates with a tailored,
- centric approach. - Stakeholder Management: build relationships with hiring managers or clients to understand their hiring needs and provide updates and insights.
- Process Improvement: contribute ideas to improve internal processes and pipelines for a better candidate and client experience.
- ATS/Data Management: maintain accurate records of candidates and jobs, analyze data, and act accordingly.
- Market Insights: stay updated with market trends and talent insights to advise stakeholders (salaries, work models, job trends, etc).
Requirements:
- Career mindset: passion for recruitment and a desire to build a
- term career. - Experience level: potential and mindset are more important than years; open to recent grads or those with 2-3 years of experience.
- Languages: fluent in English and Portuguese.
- Motivated to manage multiple roles and priorities with organization and method.
- Proactive,
- motivated, eager to learn, and able to work independently with ownership. - Team player: willing to collaborate, challenge, and bring positive energy.
