We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Recruiter to ensure several open positions at our offices are filled successfully.

Responsibilities

• Managing multiple requisitions for technical, business, analytical and management roles
• Writing interesting and truthful job ads, in order to attract perfect matched candidates
• Screening and interviewing potential candidates (both online and
  -
  - face)
• Proactively searching, sourcing and head hunting the best talent through internal and external channels
• Reviewing applications and creating shortlists of candidates
• Providing support in offering, hiring, onboarding and offboarding processes
• Building and maintaining a strong network of potential candidates
• Providing feedback to all candidates by phone or email
• Ensuring all related administrative tasks, as well as the necessary support for new and existing employees
