Base Pay Range

We are seeking a Recruiter with strong experience in
- volume hiring to join our team in Lisbon.

Responsibilities

Assist with the implementation and administration of recruitment programs
Receive, screen, and file incoming resumes, background, and reference checks
Conduct initial screening interviews, telephone interviews, and
-
- face interviews with prospective applicants
Maintain accurate records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process, using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HRIS tools
Ensure consistent standards for all applicants and compliance with local hiring rules and regulations
Develop and apply
- depth knowledge of job specifications, including experience, skills, and behavioral competencies needed for success

Requirements

Fluency in European Portuguese (C1) and English (C1) – mandatory
At least 1 year of experience in mass recruitment
Currently based in Lisbon
Availability to work
- site for the first 3 months (hybrid model possible afterward)
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00

Base salary: €1400 (depending on experience) + meal allowance
