Responsabilidades chave

• Manage the entire recruitment process, from posting job openings to selecting the ideal candidate.
• Identify and attract qualified talent using multiple recruitment channels.
• Screen CVs and conduct interviews to assess technical and soft skills.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs and ensure the best
  - company match.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Monitor and update recruitment process data in company systems.

Competências

• Native or advanced level of Portuguese
• Advanced level of English (C1)
• Previous experience in recruitment (preferred)
• Excellent communication and active listening skills
• Organizational skills and time management
• Ability to evaluate and analyze

Principais benefícios

What do we offer?

• Base salary: 1400€ per month (depending on experience)
• Meal allowance of 7. 23€
• Health insurance
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm
• 6-month employment contract (renewable)

Location: Lisbon or Porto
