Job Opportunity: Portuguese-speaking Recruiter

Location: Lisbon OR Porto, Portugal

We are seeking a motivated Portuguese-speaking Recruiter to join a multinational BPO company specializing in customer support and sales services for renowned brands. In this role, you will source top talent, using your language skills to identify, screen, and prepare candidates for various roles, contributing significantly to the recruitment process. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals proficient in Italian to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic,

Key Responsibilities:

• Attract candidates through databases, social media, job fairs, and other channels
• Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates' knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes
• Collaborate with departments and managers to validate candidate information
• Prepare and onboard new employees for seamless integration
• Build trustful relationships with candidates throughout the selection process
• Create and maintain analytical reports and databases

Qualifications and Skills:

• Native or fluent in Portuguese and English (C1 level), with excellent written and spoken communication skills
• University Degree, preferably in Human Resources or related field
• Proven experience in recruitment or related roles
• Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills
• Knowledge of recruitment processes, assessments, and interviews
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
• Effective sourcing techniques and understanding of referral programs
• Positive attitude with a
