We are a leading BPO company specializing in the AI industry, dedicated to providing
- notch data labeling and content review services to our clients. We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Recruiter to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal.

Job Description:

As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in the Companys' needs by overseeing the global recruitment of freelancers as well as onsite headcounts. Your responsibilities will include sourcing, screening, and hiring talented individuals, managing payroll, and submitting monthly payment requests for freelancers. The ideal candidate will have substantial HR experience in the BPO industry and a proven track record with reputable companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the local recruitment of freelancers, ensuring a
  - quality talent pool to meet project requirements.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates.
• Manage the onboarding process for new human recourse, freelancers and/or agents, ensuring a smooth transition.
• Oversee the payroll process, including the submission of monthly payment requests for freelancers.
• Maintain and update recruitment databases and records.
• Collaborate with the HR team to develop and refine recruitment policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of HR experience in the BPO industry.
• Previous experience working with renowned companies in the BPO industry is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of global recruitment practices and trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in HR software and recruitment tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
