We are looking for an experienced Recruiter (m/f/d) to join our team and play a key role in attracting and hiring top talent for SER Group.

In this position, you will take full ownership of the recruiting lifecycle - from talent sourcing to offer - and contribute strategically to building strong,
- performing teams that drive our success forward.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage the
  -
  - end recruiting process – from job definition to successful onboarding – with a focus on roles in IT, Consulting, and Sales.
• Advise hiring managers on market trends, talent strategies, and best practices to ensure
  - quality and efficient hiring decisions.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies and proactively identify and engage top talent through various channels, including Active Sourcing.
• Conduct professional, structured interviews and ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the entire process.
• Support the continuous improvement of our recruiting processes, tools, and employer branding initiatives.

Your Profile

• You have a degree or completed commercial training, ideally with a focus on HR, business, or related fields.
• You bring at least 3 years of experience in recruiting, ideally in an
  - house role or within a
  - driven environment.
• You are confident in Active Sourcing and familiar with current recruiting trends, tools, and Linked
  In
• You have a strong interest in technology and digital innovation and are eager to attract talent that shares this passion.
• You work independently, are proactive, and take ownership of your results.
• You communicate clearly and professionally with stakeholders and candidates at all levels – in Portuguese and English
