• Actively hunt and recruit potential candidates.
• Administer tests, conduct interviews, and select qualified candidates.
• Post and manage meaningful job advertisements independently.
• Manage the full recruitment process ensuring a smooth and positive experience for the candidate.
• Perform administrative duties including resume formatting for a client presentation, scheduling interviews, closing candidates and negotiating job offers including terms of employment.
• Maintain and update social media channels & local market such as Facebook, Instagram, Linked
  In & university connections.
• Plan and execute recruitment events, e. g. , job fairs, walk‑ins, etc.
• Coordinate & communicate with stakeholders and external partners.

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the local market / BPO / Agency companies.
• Go creative ways and have innovative ideas to inspire new employees for the company.
• Ability to overcome objections and be persistent.
• Ability to handle conflicting deadlines with a sense of urgency.
• Enjoy working in a multicultural environment.
• Good knowledge of English (at least B2).

• Base salary above average.

What will you do?
