- Actively hunt and recruit potential candidates.
- Administer tests, conduct interviews, and select qualified candidates.
- Post and manage meaningful job advertisements independently.
- Manage the full recruitment process ensuring a smooth and positive experience for the candidate.
- Perform administrative duties including resume formatting for a client presentation, scheduling interviews, closing candidates and negotiating job offers including terms of employment.
- Maintain and update social media channels & local market such as Facebook, Instagram, Linked
In & university connections. - Plan and execute recruitment events, e. g. , job fairs, walk‑ins, etc.
- Coordinate & communicate with stakeholders and external partners.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the local market / BPO / Agency companies.
- Go creative ways and have innovative ideas to inspire new employees for the company.
- Ability to overcome objections and be persistent.
- Ability to handle conflicting deadlines with a sense of urgency.
- Enjoy working in a multicultural environment.
- Good knowledge of English (at least B2).
- Base salary above average.
- Meal allowance (9, 13€ per day worked, in meal card).

What will you do?
- Recruiting exceptional people to join Scorewarrior’s growing team (focus on hiring C++ Developers, Game Designers, QA engineers, UI/UX specialists, Product Analysts).
- Collaborating with hiring managers and stakeholders to create the ideal candidate profile.
- Organizing all processes of interaction with candidates till offer acceptance.
