Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist – Hybrid Model in Lisbon (Carnaxide)

We are looking for a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team in Lisbon (Carnaxide) on a 6-month initial project with the possibility of extension.

This role follows a hybrid work model and requires a generalist recruiter who has worked across different areas such as Finance, IT, Marketing, and more. The selected candidate must be open to being hired under a Recibo Verde contract.

Key Responsibilities:

? Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing and onboarding for portuguese and spanish profiles.

? Support hiring managers in defining job requirements and selecting the best talent.

? Collaborate with external recruitment partners and agencies.

? Conduct integration and exit interviews to improve hiring strategies.

? Maintain updated job descriptions and recruitment reports.

Profile:

✅ 3+ years of experience in

- end recruitment.

✅ Experience hiring for diverse roles across different business areas.

✅ Strong knowledge of talent acquisition trends, HRIS, ATS, and recruitment marketing tools.

✅ Proficiency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish (spoken and written).
