We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a world's leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Portugal included. You will be signing the contract directly with the Portuguese employer.

We are looking for a passionate person with experience in recruitment who will be willing to join the team in Lisbon

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

The positions' location is Lisbon, however, we may consider candidates residing in Braga or Porto.

Contract: 6-month contract with 30-day trial

Salary: €1300–€1400 base (depending on experience) + meal allowance

Work Model: On-site or hybrid

Start Date: ASAP

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter fluent in French and English to join our team in Lisbon. In this role, you will manage the initial stages of recruitment across various international markets.

Responsibilities:

Source and screen candidates for multilingual roles

Conduct phone interviews

Manage job postings and job boards

Support

- end recruitment process

Requirements:

Fluency in French

English at min. B2 level

Minimum 6 months of recruitment experience

Based in or willing to relocate to Lisbon

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

The candidates must be available to work for the first 3 months
- site.
