We are seeking a talented individual to join our Talent Acquisition team in Europe at Marsh Mc
Lennan. This role will be based in Lisbon but will support our businesses in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

Be an expert and partner with a range of great people across multiple businesses to understand their needs
Be curious to learn our business and understand their needs to scout the best talent
Effectively manage the

- end process of 15-25 requisitions (alongside our Recruitment Coordinators who cover all administrative work)
Use your direct sourcing techniques to present a diverse candidate slate to hiring managers
Be meticulous about moving candidates through the recruitment process
Keep up to date with local market trends and analysis
Utilize all recruitment tools that we offer you to make a real impact
What you need to have:
At least 2+ years of end to end recruiting experience
Fluent German and English
Strong knowledge of social media, search/innovative sourcing techniques
A true passion for Talent Acquisition, attraction and experience
