Job Description:

• 9 months internship (starts in September 2025, ends in June 2026)
• Full-time position (40 hours per week)
• 1050€ monthly + meal allowance + hybrid allowance

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Recruitment & Learning Trainee to join our team. Key responsibilities include:

Recruitment:

• Supporting the recruitment team with CV screening, candidate contact, feedback, and interview scheduling
• Managing the recruitment mailbox
• Updating files and systems with necessary information
• Supporting employment marketing initiatives

Learning (Knowledge Management):

• Supporting the development and maintenance of Knowledge Management tools (Gsite, templates, guides, trackers, etc. )
• Organising and documenting knowledge transfer sessions
• Managing content in the Finance Library
• Contributing to awareness and communication activities (newsletters, posts, slides)
• Gathering and analysing feedback from Knowledge Management activities

Candidate Requirements:

• Recent graduates, bachelor students (from 2nd year onwards), or master’s students
• Relevant degree for the area
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Integrity
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work with all organizational levels and stakeholder management
• English: Advanced level
• Additional European language skills are a plus
