Responsibilities - your mission
We are looking for a Recruitment Business Partner to join our GBS team, primarily supporting recruitment for both Coimbra and Lisbon. While the main focus of the role is

- end recruitment, this person will occasionally support
- related topics in Coimbra, always in coordination with the focal point based in Lisbon.
- Delivering the complete
-
- end recruitment and selection process including sourcing, screening,
- qualification, interviewing and final candidate selection. - Design of and delivering innovative sourcing strategies and solutions to meet business needs generate a talent pipeline using a variety of channels, social media, data mining, and
- ray searching. - Providing consultative services on industry and market trends to the business.
- Conducting
- based interviews with candidates at final interview and provide hiring recommendations to the business. - Attending career events and other Employer Branding events.
- Provide light,
- demand support for
- related matters in Coimbra, in coordination with the focal point based in Lisbon (e. g. , assisting suppliers or vendors
- site when required).
Requirements - our ideal candidate will have
As the successful candidate you must be able to demonstrate the following experience and skills:
- 3-5 years of experience in managing
-
- end recruitment. - Well developed sourcing approaches using professional networks, social media, job boards and other channels.
- Experience/knowledge of corporate recruitment in Engineering, IT, Finance and related areas.
- Experience in managing high volume recruitment with established deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to consult, influence, and partner with colleagues and senior leaders.
- Customer focused who can deliver a
- class service to the hiring community and positively influence the candidate experience. - Continuous improvement mindset and data driven.
- Availability to travel to the Lisbon office on a regular basis.
- Fluency in English is a must, other European language(s) is considered a plus.
