Your missions

• Manage
  -
  - end recruitment for various roles (from intake to offer)
• Source, screen, and engage top talent via job boards, Linked
  In, and referrals
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate hiring processes with hiring managers
• Maintain and update our applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Help build strong employer branding and candidate experience

Your ideal profile

• Proven experience in recruitment (agency or
  - house)
• Fluent in both English and French (written and spoken)
• Strong communication, organizational, and people skills
• Comfortable working independently and remotely
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (Linked
  In, Indeed, etc. )
• Experience recruiting in finance, tech, or corporate services is a plus
