What you'll do

• Recruitment and Selection of Dutch speaking customer service representatives for various clients of Teleperformance Portugal;
• Handling of the entire selection process, mainly by phone and email;
• CV analysis;
• Outbound Preselection calls;
• Selection interviews;
• Evaluation of online tests;
• Information and guidance of candidates throughout the entire selection process;
• Sending accurate job offers;
• Precise handling of administrative processes;
• Positive representation of the HR department within the company as well as externally.

What you'll need

• Fluency in Dutch (C2 level) and English (C1 level);
• Minimum 6 months' experience of working in a contact center (on the phone). Direct experience as recruiter is a plus;
• Motivation to work on the phone (outbound calls) and positive attitude towards the call center environment;
• Work experience abroad preferred (not applicable for candidates already living in Portugal);
• Positive attitude and great communication skills;
• Well organized and good PC knowledge (MS Office and internet applications);
• Motivation and organization to work from home;
• High school diploma or equivalent.
