We’re looking for a dedicated HV & Electrical Recruiter to join our dynamic Sourcing team in Portugal. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in supporting our global wind projects by ensuring the right technicians are placed at the right time and place to deliver safe, compliant, and
- performance work.

Responsibilities

Source, screen, and match candidates to technical project needs in close collaboration with Operations and Planning teams.

Manage job advertisements, applications, and interview coordination for
- voltage roles.

Maintain and update a comprehensive international technician database, ensuring candidate certifications and compliance are tracked.

Build a steady pipeline of skilled HV & Electrical technicians aligned with current and future project requirements.

Coordinate with
- party recruitment suppliers and manage candidate agreements and onboarding.

Develop and refine sourcing strategies to improve candidate quality and speed to hire.

Support ongoing workforce planning and forecasting alongside project planners.

Use internal systems and digital tools for candidate tracking and reporting.

Assist in general recruitment admin and support
- hoc hiring needs as they arise.

You are:

You hold a relevant qualification, ideally in HR, recruitment, or business administration, and have
- on experience recruiting technical personnel—preferably in the wind, energy, construction, or engineering sectors.

You also bring:

Strong understanding of technical job profiles and workforce requirements

Excellent communication and
- building skills

Structured and
- oriented approach to managing data and candidate pipelines

Ability to multitask in a
- paced environment

Fluency in English (additional European languages are a plus)

Confidence using Linked
In Recruiter and other sourcing platforms

A
- oriented, proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
