Key Responsibilities

• Lead Recruitment Efforts: Manage and oversee the recruitment team, ensuring the delivery of effective talent acquisition strategies.
• Develop & Motivate: Provide leadership and mentorship to the recruitment team, fostering an environment of growth and development.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and develop strategies to attract top talent.
• Optimize Processes: Streamline recruitment processes, maintaining compliance with company policies and local regulations.
• Build Relationships: Establish strong partnerships with clients and stakeholders to effectively meet recruitment goals.

What We’re Looking For

• Recruitment Expertise: Extensive experience in recruitment, with proven leadership abilities, preferably in volume hiring or from a Temp Desk Consultancy background.
• Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in English and Portuguese to facilitate effective communication.
• Education & Experience: Minimum of two years in a leadership role within recruitment, with a Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Analytical & Strategic: Strong ability to analyze recruitment data and implement strategic improvements.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with ATS and HRIS systems.
• Adaptable & Resilient: Thrive in a
  - paced environment with the ability to handle challenges confidently.
