What you’ll be doing

As a recruiter, you’ll play a key role in our growth. You’ll source and connect technical professionals think engineers, mechanics, and technicians, with leading tech companies across the Netherlands. You will:

Actively search for candidates via Linked
In, job boards and your own network

Conduct intake interviews (remotely or live at our office)

Introduce candidates to your colleagues in the business team or directly to the client

Build and maintain a strong talent pool and candidate journey

Help us innovate and improve our recruitment process

What we’re looking for

Experience in recruitment (ideally within the technical field)

Higher professional education level (HBO or equivalent)

At least 1 year of relevant industry experience

Self-starter, commercial mindset and allergic to excuses

Ready to build something big
