German-Speaking Recruiter – Lisbon(M/F/X) Are you passionate about Human Resources and eager to use your German language skills in a dynamic, international environment? We're looking for a motivated Recruiter for the German market to join our team in Lisbon! You’ll take on exciting challenges, grow professionally, and be part of a collaborative multicultural team. What You’ll Do:Manage the full recruitment cycle – from posting job ads to hiring the
- fit candidates
Identify and attract top talent through various sourcing channels
Screen CVs and conduct interviews (technical + soft skills)Collaborate with hiring teams to understand recruitment needs
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
Keep recruitment data updated in internal systems✅ What We’re Looking For:Native or advanced level of German
Intermediate English (B2)Experience in recruitment is a plus
Excellent communication & active listening skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Analytical mindset and evaluation skills What We Offer:6-month contract with a 30-day trial period
Base salary: €1300–€1400 (depending on experience)Meal allowance: €7. 23/day

Working hours: Monday to Friday
