German-Speaking Recruiter – Lisbon(M/F/X)

Are you passionate about Human Resources and eager to use your German language skills in a dynamic, international environment? We're looking for a motivated Recruiter for the German market to join our team in Lisbon!

You’ll take on exciting challenges, grow professionally, and be part of a collaborative multicultural team.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle – from posting job ads to hiring the
  - fit candidates
• Identify and attract top talent through various sourcing channels
• Screen CVs and conduct interviews (technical + soft skills)
• Collaborate with hiring teams to understand recruitment needs
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
• Keep recruitment data updated in internal systems

What We’re Looking For:

• Native or advanced level of German
• Intermediate English (B2)
• Experience in recruitment is a plus
• Excellent communication & active listening skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Analytical mindset and evaluation skills

What We Offer:

• 6-month contract with a 30-day trial period
• Base salary: €1300–€1400 (depending on experience)
• Meal allowance: €7. 23/day
• Health insurance
• Working hours: Monday to Friday
• Location: Lisbon
