About Us

At Pureform, we’re a small studio with a clear focus: people come first.

We believe in mindful movement, personal attention, and creating a calm, supportive environment for both clients and instructors. Every session is tailored, every client is known by name, and every instructor is part of a small, respectful team.

We’re currently looking for Reformer Pilates instructors to join us on a freelance or
- time basis — people who care about quality, connection, and working in a space where relationships matter more than numbers.

What You'll Do

Teach private and
- group Reformer Pilates sessions

Offer personalized guidance adapted to each client's needs

Create a safe, calm, and motivating space for movement

Be part of a small, passionate team with a shared vision

What We're Looking For

Certified in Reformer Pilates (additional training is a plus)

Experienced with both private and group sessions

Available to work as a freelancer (able to invoice) or in a
- time role

Fluent in English (Portuguese is a bonus)

Someone who values human connection, listens deeply, and teaches with care
