Your mission will be…
The Regions, LCB (Lead Country Bundles), and Countries are central to our SI HQ initiatives and activities, including SI IT. Most IT solutions are developed to improve regional efficiency, support growth, and stay competitive through digital solutions.
The Region Success Management function ensures our countries benefit from centrally developed or enabled IT solutions, including adoption of standard platforms and applications. Working closely with IT Partners in the Regions and Countries, and with globally acting SI BU’s, this function provides services to ensure the effectiveness of standard IT and digital solutions based on harmonized processes and data standards.
Your Key Responsibilities will be…
- Support IT Partners with defining holistic IT program implementation roadmaps.
- Implement adoption monitoring for all vertical applications of SI / BU's.
- Support resolution of adoption blockers involving relevant stakeholders.
- Assist in capturing the current and target IT application landscape in Lean IX for Sherpa X preparation.
- Support creation of demands for presentation in LPM-X Board.
- Assess Local Fit requirements and drive decision and implementation processes, engaging delivery units.
- Create oversight and transparency about citizen developments based on central platforms.
- Assist local IT Partners with digital maturity assessments.
We are looking for someone with…
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in IT program management or IT business partnering in large organizations.
- Understanding of digital transformation, IT adoption, and application lifecycle management.
- Experience with Lean IX and LPM-X is a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset to assess complex IT landscapes and propose insights.
- Ability to work in a global,
- functional environment.
