THE ROLE
As a Asset Analyst in our UK, Ireland & Nordics regional team, you will execute regional processes and manage local depots and teams. Your focus will be on daily operations to optimize fleet availability, customer satisfaction through fleet quality, and operational efficiency.
You will own
-
- end processes related to vehicle management, procurement, relationship management, stock management, and logistics, ensuring procedures are followed for
- quality fleet service.
Reporting to the UK, Ireland & Nordics Regional Operations Director, your actions will directly impact regional results and require coordination with team members and local operations.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
- Contribute to the evolution of
- management procedures and their regional applicability; - Maximize fleet availability via effective vehicle
- fleeting, intervention, and
- fleeting processes; - Ensure local stock levels meet operational needs and purchase spare parts as required;
- Assist local operations with vehicle interventions and maintenance;
- Coordinate fleet movements with logistics partners;
- Develop fleet network through procurement, negotiation, and relationship management with workshops and partners;
- Manage vehicle operating costs within your region;
- Support regional expansion projects.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Background in Engineering, mechanical studies, business management, or similar;
- Proactive with
- taking skills, experience in fleet management or logistics is a plus; - Organized, analytical, and capable of multitasking;
- Detail-oriented with adherence to procedures;
- Team player with good communication skills;
- Adaptable and resilient to unforeseen events.
