Regional Compensation and Benefits Director

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Compensation and Benefits Director to join our team and lead our compensation and benefits programs across multiple countries in the EMEA region.
What you'll do
- Lead regional implementation of global compensation & benefits strategies, including job grading and architecture programs.
- Define regional principles to harmonize compensation and benefits programs while respecting local market needs.
- Manage annual compensation cycles (merit reviews, bonuses) in line with global timelines.
- Monitor total compensation competitiveness through market benchmarking and recommend adjustments.
- Analyze compensation survey data to provide market insights and recommendations to HR and business leaders.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, support audits, and manage remediation plans.
- Champion EU Pay Transparency compliance, fostering equitable pay practices and transparency.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and regional point of contact for compensation and benefits topics.
- Train and coach local C&B professionals to build regional reward capabilities.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
- Minimum 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years specialized in Compensation & Benefits.
- Proven track record managing regional/global reward programs across multiple countries and expertise in complex reward structures and international compliance frameworks.
- Expert proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Deep knowledge of job evaluation methodologies and market benchmarking.
- Strong understanding of international labor, tax, and social security laws.
- Familiarity with ESG-linked compensation metrics and EU Pay Transparency regulations.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including
- level interaction. - Strategic, analytical thinker with commercial orientation.
