Regional Compensation and Benefits Director

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Compensation and Benefits Director to join our team and lead our compensation and benefits programs across multiple countries.

What you'll do

• Lead regional implementation of global compensation & benefits strategies, including job grading and architecture programs.
• Define regional principles to harmonize compensation and benefits programs while respecting local market needs.
• Manage annual compensation cycles (merit reviews, bonuses) in line with global timelines.
• Monitor total compensation competitiveness through market benchmarking and recommend adjustments.
• Analyze compensation survey data to provide market insights and recommendations to HR and business leaders.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, support audits, and manage remediation plans.
• Champion EU Pay Transparency compliance, fostering equitable pay practices and transparency.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and regional point of contact for compensation and benefits topics.
• Train and coach local C&B professionals to build regional reward capabilities.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years specialized in Compensation & Benefits.
• Proven track record managing regional/global reward programs across multiple countries and expertise in complex reward structures and international compliance frameworks.
• Expert proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Deep knowledge of job evaluation methodologies and market benchmarking.
• Strong understanding of international labor, tax, and social security laws.
• Familiarity with ESG-linked compensation metrics and EU Pay Transparency regulations.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including
  - level interaction.
• Strategic, analytical thinker with commercial orientation.
