Role Overview
Regional Finance Projects – Senior Associate
What will you do
You will leverage your financial process knowledge, business acumen, and project management skills to support change initiatives, transform processes, and deliver controls and productivity improvements for Finance teams across the ELMAC region (Europe, Latin America, Middle East, Africa, and Canada).
Responsibilities
- Lead existing automation projects (BOTs, Macros, etc. ), provide training, and collaborate with technical teams to ensure operational continuity.
- Manage projects to ensure timely delivery, gather and clarify requirements from multiple stakeholders.
- Serve as a liaison between affiliate teams and regional/corporate teams, acting as a regional change agent on global projects.
- Perform
- hoc financial and data analysis to support various initiatives. - Work with regional Finance functions to standardize and simplify processes across countries.
- Gain diverse experience through interim assignments in local or regional Finance roles.
What we expect from you
Minimum requirements
- University Degree in Finance or Accounting
- At least three years of relevant experience in a multinational environment
- Quick learner, flexible, and adaptable to change
- Strong communication skills for working across geographies
- Independent worker and a team player capable of building trust
- Advanced Excel and Power
Point skills; VBA knowledge is a plus - Fluent in English
Preferred requirements
- Strong project management skills
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Experience with process automation tools like RPA, Alteryx
- Familiarity with Financial Systems (SAP, Hyperion, Anaplan)
