THE ROLE

As a Regional Fleet Operations Analyst, you will focus on executing regional processes and managing a set of our local depots. You will be responsible for executing daily operations to drive results in fleet availability, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

You will own

- end processes related to vehicle management, supplier procurement, stock management, local operations contact, and logistics, ensuring procedures are followed to provide
- quality fleet services to customers.

Reporting to the Central Europe Regional Operations Director, you will play a key role in executing our operations. You will coordinate with regional colleagues and local teams to impact results directly.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

• Contributing to the evolution of asset management procedures designed by central teams and applying them to your region;
• Maximising fleet availability through effective vehicle
  - fleeting, intervention, and
  - fleeting procedures;
• Ensuring the local structure is stocked with necessary inventory and managing spare parts procurement;
• Being knowledgeable about our vehicles and assisting local operations with vehicle interventions;
• Coordinating between local teams and logistics companies for fleet movement;
• Developing our fleet network by procuring, negotiating, and managing relationships with workshops and partners;
• Managing vehicle operating costs within your region;
• Supporting regional expansion projects.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Background in Transport Management, Mechanics, Engineering, or similar fields;
• Proactive with
  - taking skills. Experience in fleet management, logistics, or related fields is a plus;
• Organised and analytical, capable of
  - driven decision making and multitasking;
• Detail-oriented, following procedures with precision;
• A team player willing to collaborate closely with colleagues and local teams;
• Adaptable and resilient, able to handle unforeseen events while following procedures;
• Effective communicator with clear skills to coordinate with team members and external partners.
