The role

As a Regional Fleet Operations Analyst, you will focus on executing regional processes and managing a set of our local depots. You will execute daily operations to drive fleet availability, customer satisfaction through the fleet quality, and the operational efficiency of managing those assets. You will have ownership of
-
- end processes related to vehicle management, supplier procurement, relationship management, stock management, and logistics, ensuring procedures that enable a
- quality fleet to be serviced to our customers. Reporting directly to the West Europe Regional Operations Director, you will coordinate with regional colleagues and local operations to impact results.

What will you work on?

• Understand and contribute to the evolution of asset management procedures designed by central teams and their applicability to your region
• Maximise fleet availability through
  - fleeting, vehicle intervention management, and
  - fleeting procedures
• Ensure the local structure is stocked with required inventory to service the fleet, and execute the purchase of spare parts when needed
• Be knowledgeable about the vehicles we operate and assist local operations in required interventions
• Coordinate actions between local teams and logistics companies to move the fleet according to business needs
• Develop our fleet network by procuring, negotiating, and managing relationships with workshops and fleet partners
• Contribute to vehicle operating costs in your region
• Contribute to expansion projects of your region

Who are we looking for?

• Background in Transports Management, Mechanics, Engineering or similar fields
• Prone to action with initiative to address operational needs; experience in central coordination of fleet management or logistics is a plus
• Organised and analytical; ability to use data to drive actions and manage multiple tasks
• Attention to detail and adherence to procedures with precise execution
• Team player who collaborates with team members and local teams
• Adaptable and resilient, able to adapt to unforeseen events to reach goals
• Good communicator with clear and effective communication skills for internal and external partners
• Fluency in English is mandatory
• Fluency in French or Spanish is a plus
