THE GOAL

The aim of a Regional Manager Portugal is to act as the link between the Kelly
Deli back office, retail partners, and our points of sale. This position is responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of points of sale to ensure operational excellence throughout their network. Reporting to the Head of Regional Management, you will be focused on driving
-
- like sales performance and building strong relationships with franchise partners and retail stores within your region. Using internal tools and resources, you should have strong business acumen for analyzing data, identifying weaknesses, and sensing growth opportunities.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Driving Performance

- Coach and support franchise partners to operate
- efficiently and maximize profitability.

- Manage kiosk KPIs to drive sales revenue.

Retail Relationship Management

- Provide business updates to retail partners to discuss sales, marketing, quality, NPD, and initiatives.

- Represent the Sushi Daily brand at the local level with retailers.

Franchise Partner Relationship Management

• Visit each franchise partner once a month and record visits in GEMBA.
• Coach partners on business optimization and help create action plans.
• Complete thorough
  - off processes for new franchise partners.
• Ensure compliance with store regulations through training.
• Assist in creating documentation for processes and kiosk operations for smooth transitions.

WHO YOU ARE:

• Experience as a Regional or Area Manager, preferably in Food & Beverage or Food Retail.
• Motivated
  - starter and team player, capable of building relationships and working independently in the field.
• Strong analytical skills with
  - solving abilities.
• Highly organized, rigorous in procedures, and attentive to regulatory obligations.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
• Possess a valid driving license.
