Regional Operations Analyst (Fleet, Suppliers & Expansion)
The Regional Operations Analyst focuses on executing regional processes and managing local depots and their teams to drive availability of the fleet, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency in the region. You will own

- end processes such as real estate expansion,

- day property management, health and safety compliance, and procuring a network of partners.
Reporting directly to the Regional Operations Director, you will coordinate actions with team members and local operations, with a direct impact on results.
What will you work on?
- Be an expert in local operational procedures and contribute to their evolution for your region.
- Assist regional and local operation leadership in achieving operational results.
- Be the regional point of contact for local partners and suppliers, ensuring daily execution of local operations and assessing quality and throughput against defined standards (real estate, laundry services, gas suppliers, local cleaning services, and other partners that support operations).
- Execute regional stock replenishment procedures required for smooth operation.
- Understand and contribute to the evolution of all
- estate standards and ensure health and safety compliance. - Procure and negotiate with suppliers when required.
- Lead the expansion of the network through real estate procurement and supplier network expansion.
- Contribute to achieving efficiency targets in the region.
Who are we looking for?
- Background in Business or similar education.
- Action-oriented with initiative to address operational needs; experience in procurement execution and supplier management is a plus.
- Organised and analytical; uses data to drive actions and manages multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail while following detailed procedures and ensuring precision in execution.
- Team player with willingness to work with team members and local teams toward overall objectives.
- Adaptable and resilient; can adapt to unforeseen events to reach the end result while following procedures.
- Good communicator with clear and effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and external partners.
- Fluent in English required; German and/or Italian skills are a plus.
