The Role

Regional Operations Analyst is part of the West Europe Regional Team that focuses on execution of regional processes and managing a set of local depots and their teams. You will be focused on executing daily operations to drive operational results on fleet availability, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency in your region.

You will own the execution of
-
- end processes that support these objectives, including real estate expansion projects,
-
- day property management, ensuring health and safety norms are met, and procuring a network of partners.

Reporting directly to the Regional Operations Director, you will coordinate with your team and local operations; your actions will have a direct impact on results.

What you will work on

• Be an expert in local operational procedures and contribute to their evolution and adaptation to your region.
• Assist regional and local operation leadership in achieving operational results.
• Be the regional point of contact and maintain ongoing relationships with local partners and suppliers to guarantee daily execution of local operations, assessing quality and throughput according to defined standards (real estate, laundry services, gas suppliers, local cleaning services, etc. ).
• Execute regional stock replenishment procedures required for smooth operation.
• Understand and contribute to the evolution of all
  - estate standards to enable local operations to excel while remaining compliant with health and safety standards.
• Procure and negotiate suppliers as required.
• Lead the expansion of our network through real estate procurement and negotiation and expand the current supplier network.
• Contribute to achieving efficiency targets in your region.

Who we are looking for

• Background in Business or similar education.
• Prone to action. You excel in taking initiative to address operational needs and ensure smooth workflows. Experience in procurement execution and supplier management or a similar field is a plus.
• Organised and analytical. You look at data to drive your actions and effectively manage your time to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Attention to detail, while following detailed procedures and ensuring precision in execution.
• Team player with willingness to work closely with your team members and local teams to contribute to overall objectives.
• Adaptable and resilient, able to adapt to unforeseen events to reach the end result while following procedures.
• Good communicator with clear and effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and external partners.
• Fluent in English is mandatory; Spanish and/or French skills are a plus.
