Manage and develop a team of 300+ employees, fostering a

Profile

Proven experience in leading
- site operations, ideally within industrial or
- based environments.

Strong track record in P&L management, with solid business acumen and a

Leadership capabilities to manage large teams, drive engagement and foster a

Strategic thinking combined with

Fluent in English and Portuguese, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
