Join our HR Regional Corporate Services Hub in Lisbon and help deliver end‑to‑end recruitment across 83 UK missions in Europe & Central Asia —from first brief to offer acceptance. You’ll partner with hiring managers, keep processes tight, and make sure policies are globally consistent and locally smart.

What you'll do?

• Own campaigns A–Z: lead high‑quality hiring campaigns across multiple markets.
• Partner with stakeholders: advise hiring managers, calibrate profiles, and bring market insight.
• Run a best‑practice process: apply the right tools/methods at each stage whilst meeting Service Level Agreements.
• Communicate relentlessly: keep candidates and all stakeholders updated.
• Improve at scale: track activity, maintain accurate records, and champion ideas that lift regional outcomes.

What you’ll bring:

• Degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration , or related field.
• 2+ years’ recruiting experience (in‑house, RPO, or agency welcome).
• English C1 (CEFR) —proficient user (both written and spoken).
• Superb organisation, stakeholder influence, and judgement; customer‑first mindset.
• Comfortable collaborating remotely ; solid MS Office skills .
