About The Role
The Regional Sales Manager for DENZA will drive sales growth and market penetration in the assigned region. This role involves developing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and building relationships with customers, dealers, and partners to meet sales targets. Reports directly to the Country Manager Iberia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and achieve sales targets.
- Business Development: Manage growth through
- channel approaches with a B2B2C mindset, collaborating with dealers to meet KPIs. - Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with dealers, partners, and customers, ensuring satisfaction.
- Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Prepare forecasts and reports, analyze market trends and performance.
- Market Development: Identify and develop new market segments aligned with company goals.
- Brand Promotion: Coordinate with marketing on events and promotional activities to enhance brand reputation.
- Sales Team Management: Lead, develop, and evaluate the sales team.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal departments to support sales objectives.
- Additional Responsibilities: Support company growth as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years experience in the automotive industry.
- Experience with premier and luxury car brands is highly recommended.
- Strong knowledge of the Spain and Portugal markets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical skills to interpret sales data and trends.
- Strategic thinking and business acumen.
- Fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, and English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Spain, Portugal, and occasionally internationally.
